Ingredients:

1 loaf of Bakery de France White Choc. Berry Bliss
1 cup high-quality dark or milk chocolate, melted
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Using a sharp serrated knife, slice the White Choc. Berry Bliss loaf into thin pieces, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and lightly golden. Let them cool completely.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt the chocolate until smooth and glossy.
  • Dip each toasted slice halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Lay them on parchment paper.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top. Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.
