Don’t let your day-old bread go to waste—turn it into a delicious, crunchy addition to your yogurt parfaits!

Our White Choc. Berry Bliss loaf, filled with dried blueberries, tart cranberries, and creamy white chocolate, adds the perfect amount of flavor and texture when cubed and toasted. The result? A delightful contrast of soft, creamy yogurt with a satisfying crunch in every bite.

Ingredients:

1 loaf of Bakery de France White Choc. Berry Bliss (day-old works best!)
1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 cups Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
1/2 cup fresh berries
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the White Choc. Berry Bliss loaf into small cubes, about 1/2 inch in size.
  • Spread the cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Lightly toss with melted butter or coconut oil and a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor. Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy and golden. Let cool.
  • In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and a handful of toasted bread cubes.
  • Add another layer for extra crunch and flavor, finishing with a final sprinkle of toasted cubes on top.
