Craving a grilled cheese with a bit more flair? This Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese on our Sourdough Loaf is the perfect way to elevate your sandwich game. The tangy, chewy sourdough combines beautifully with creamy spinach and artichoke filling, making each bite irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of our Sourdough Loaf
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. Prep the filling: In a small bowl, mix the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella until well combined.
  2. Assemble the sandwich: Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly between two slices of Sourdough Loaf.
