Bakery de France Announces Joint Venture with La Lorraine Bakery Group to Expand North American Market Presence.

We are excited to announce a new joint venture between Bakery de France and La Lorraine Bakery Group (LLBG), a renowned family-owned business with over 80 years of experience and operations in more than 35 countries. LLBG’s 18 factories across Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East make them an ideal partner to help us accelerate our growth plans and further expand our presence in the North American market with our premium and innovative artisan bakery products.

Alexander Salameh, previously COO and a member of the founding Salameh family, has been appointed as the new CEO of Bakery de France. Commenting on the partnership, Alexander Salameh said: “For nearly 40 years, Bakery de France has grown as an innovative, dynamic, and dependable partner for our customers.
