Last month, our team laced up their shoes and came together for a cause close to our hearts—the Race for Hope in Washington, D.C. It was a beautiful day filled with energy, support, and shared purpose as we walked and ran in honor of our former teammate, Michael Gordy.

Michael was more than a colleague—he was a friend, a mentor, and a bright light in our Bakery de France family. Participating in this race gave us the chance to celebrate his memory, support brain tumor research, and come together as a team outside of our everyday work.

With smiles, laughter, and encouragement at every mile, our team showed up in full force, demonstrating the power of unity and compassion. Whether they were running for time or walking for togetherness, each person brought heart to every step.
